Throughout the course we will be meditating at regular intervals.

Meditation Teacher Training Certificate, Module One will be presented from Himalayan Knowledge in association with the International Meditation Institute.

I use Zoom as a platform, it is very easy to use. Each week I will be sending you a link so we can be live online. Live online is a great format, and we can enjoy the space of meditation and yogic studies from the comfort of our own homes. Every class will be recorded, and I can send you the recordings after each class. If you have to miss a class for any reason, there will be recordings for you.
