“Meditation is an effective and simple technique that will help focus the scattered and uninformed attention of the mind and lead it to the reservoir of your infinite source of energy.”

Robyn Jarden (Pragati) has been living in the Himalayas of Northern India for thirty-seven years. Receiving direct teachings from an enlightened master, Pragati has been immersed in meditation, pranayam, discourses on highest knowledge, and extensive studies of the ancient texts, such as the Upanishads, Patanjali Yog Darshan, and the Bhagavad Gita. Pragati often travels to New Zealand, her home country, where she has taught hundreds of people meditation, pranayam, and yogic philosophy through her workshops and retreats. She is certified by the I.M.I. to teach advanced meditation, yogic studies, philosophy, and scriptures. She is a senior teacher at the International Meditation Institute, where she resides.

When information of how to unfold your truthful, unchanging state of awareness is given, the practice is entirely in your hands. The powerful technique of becoming one with your source is the great gift that Pragati received from her teacher, Swami Shyam, and she is delighted to teach it to those who are interested in furthering their present state of consciousness into that which is immortal and blissful, one's own ultimate success. Pragati has a PhD in Meditation from the Vishwa Unnyayan Samsad (World Development Parliament), New Delhi and Kolkata.

Reviews for Pragati:

*Pragati graced us with her presence at the Lotus Yoga Centre when she held a series of meditation and pranayam classes during the months of June - August 2018, entitled "The Gift of Meditation, The Essence of Life." I was blessed to be able to attend all the sessions.

Pragati is truly a living example of the blissful calm she exudes from connecting with the Knower-space through regular meditation. Her depth of knowledge is abundantly plentiful and she shares readily in a way that is easily understandable and absorbed. During The "Gift of Meditation" sessions Pragati expertly guided us through various pranayam practices, giving explanations as to how these practices are of benefit. She also referred to the ancient scriptures and we chanted rhythmic mantras which made my heart sing.

Thank you Pragati for being a shining light. Amaram Hum Madhuram Hum.

*I highly recommend Pragati as a pranayam teacher. I have studied pranayam with many teachers. None is as good as Pragati. Her knowledge is profound. Her teaching style is simple and straightforward. I study the ancient science of pranayam for its effect and because it makes sense to me. My back may go out as I age, or my brain, but I am going to breathe till the very end of this body so it makes sense to exercise those muscles. What I get from Pragati’s classes is much more than that. She anchors the breathing exercises in the Vedic tradition from which they arose. I leave her classes with a sense of well-being and a smile on my face. Enjoy.
