Day Two May 18

  • Thoughts to cherish and thoughts to ignore, beyond positive and negative thinking

  • Mantra, the four levels of sound

  • Meditation techniques

  • Lunch break 1.00 pm-2.00 pm 

  • Overview of Bhagavad Gita, applying wisdom in our modern age from an ancient text

  • Learn a Sanskrit verse from the Bhagavad Gita

  • Afternoon tea break

  • Meet your true Self secret revealed, the meaning of satsang and yog

  • Pranayam, learn pran chintan, “The Meditator’s Best Friend”
