Meditating in the Himalayas

Kristin and Robyn Jarden have been living in the heart of the Himalayas for four decades, immersed in a specialized mastership program at the International Meditation Institute, under the enriching guidance of a fully enlightened master. The sisters have been awarded PhDs  in meditation, and have extensively studied, imbibed, and taught the ancient Sanskrit texts.

Workshop is on Saturdays, 

11 & 18 May, 2019

Different topics will be presented on each Saturday to complete the two day course. (option to attend 1 day only is available)
